Anyone else watching this season? I haven't been fond of many of the Road Rules seasons, but really tied into this one.
What do you all think about them having to vote someone off? I think it's pretty lousy. I didn't like Sarah in the beginning, but then I got pretty attached to her. It seemed like many of the cast members had the same feelings. It also doesn't seem like Raquel is really part of the group. It's like they're 5 RR'ers and 1 other person traveling with them.

Sadly, I've been watching... although the two (count 'em, two unrelated episodes) that focused entirely on vomiting had me cursing myself and my lack of will in letting the series go. What is the deal? Is it an expression of modern society's bulimic tendencies?
I am really hating this Road Rules... they've gotten worse and worse since the wonderful one with Theo. Even Steve and Blair made the last one more fun.
This pack is just too young, too shallow and self-involved, and, more than anything, too quick to turn on absolutely everyone before they've even met them. They go on and on about how they're not going to judge Sarah, the new cast member, the busboy, and then the next shot is all of them going: "I hate her. She's lazy and doesn't hold up her end of the bargain." Actually, sometiemes they start out saying: "I hope I don't hate her. I'm worried she won't hold up her end of the bargain."
And I didn't like Sarah either. She was more interesting, but I didn't like her.

I don't like the missions that involve putting gross things in your mouth and eatting them. I mean, isn't that unhealthy? I much perfer missions that test the cast physically or mentally... not their gagging potential.

I'm sure some of that stuff is germy and unhealthy. And it's all gross... since when are these challenges? I don't remember in Greek myth somebody going to Hercules, "Here, after you strappest on your buckler, putteth this raw lamb in your mouth."

The prank episode was awesome! I was glad to see Eric's plan fail miserably since he was such a jerk about doing things his way. But Raquel really saved the day. "I have this fetish.. can I take a picture of you handcuffed to the jacquzzi?" "well sure" Bahaha. How gullible is Steven?

It was very gratifying that, no matter how stupid the Road Rules plans were, Steven was stupider.

Is it wrong to be all sad seeing the cast leave?

Frankly, I'm just glad I will no longer have to suffer through the Eric/Kendall tragic love story. God, I couldn't decide who was the most annoying there. Although a drunken Kendall telling Eric off certainly had me chuckling.

Is it wrong to be all sad seeing the cast leave?[/quote] I think it violates one or two laws of nature, yeah.
It was over, and across the land there was much rejoicing. If I never see vomit again on my television, it'll be too soon. Looking back, I think Shane was the only halfway decent soul among them, and even he had his share of flaws.
